Use this form to tell Natural England about any actions you took under a European protected species mitigation licence.

Details
It is a condition of your licence to provide Natural England with a report detailing action taken under this licence.
Use this form to report your actions under these mitigation licences:
bats
natterjack toads
otters
sand lizards and smooth snakes
general European protected species mitigation licence
There are separate report forms for the following species – you should use these instead:
great crested newts
hazel dormice
You need to complete the report no later than 2 weeks after your licence expires, even if you’ve taken no action. There may be times when you’ll be asked to submit interim reports as well.
